Any person who accessed this website and ordered a product.

Before sending the order, the customer accepts the conditions under which the purchase is made and accepts the agreement with the articles of the law that refer to his rights and obligations as a customer.

If the selected product cannot be delivered for some reason, the Customer will be notified within 24 hours. 

Candle bar d.o.o. tries to ensure that the products correspond in all respects to the accompanying declarations published with the products, but is unable to guarantee that all data and descriptions relating to the products are 100% accurate, complete, reliable and error-free.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be accurate.

The seller reserves the right not to deliver the order at any time if there is a suspicion of misuse or violation of any provision of the General Terms and Conditions or relevant regulations.

 

PAYMENT

Payment for products ordered through the Candle bar doo online store is possible with credit and/or debit cards VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex and Dina that support online payment, cash on delivery or payment at the post office, bank or via e-banking. For international purchases payment is made by credit/debit card.

After the Buyer has made the payment, Candle bar will send the Buyer a confirmation of the successful purchase to the e-mail address provided previously.

When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system, as currently the most modern cryptographic technology.
Data security during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor of Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so the entire payment process is carried out on the bank's website. Payment card information is not available to our system at any moment.

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia - dinar (RSD). For informative display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion to the same at the exchange rate used by the card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our website.

DELIVERY

Typical dispatch time for orders places is 1-2 business days. The average shipping transit time is 2-7 business days, depending on the country of destination. We do our best to meet this delivery estimates, but cannot guarantee them (delays due to customs or high demand during holidays, etc).

The seller reserves the right to extend the delivery period in case of force majeure and other unforeseen circumstances.

Buyer is responsible for any customs and import charges that may apply.

If the delivery of the ordered goods is prevented due to the absence of the buyer and if the goods have to be returned to the place of origin, the buyer will be obliged to bear the costs of returning the goods. The Seller can sell the returned goods to third parties, because at that moment the sale is considered terminated.

 

DAMAGES

If the Buyer find that the delivered goods are damaged  or do not correspond to the ordered ones, the Buyer is obliged to notify the Seller at info@candlebar no later than 24 hours after receiving the shipment. In the shortest possible time, the Buyer will be informed about further action.

 

REFUND

Personalized candles cannot be accepted for return or refund.

The content displayed on the website candlebar.rs is the property of the Seller and cannot be used without the prior consent of the Seller. All information available on the candlebar.rs website is for informational purposes only, may not be used for commercial purposes or distributed to third parties.
